Insomnia
Insomnia is a sleep condition that describes people that don't get the quality sleep they need. Insomnia covers people having difficulty falling asleep, waking up often during the night, waking up too early in the morning and for those that toss and turn and simply get unrefreshing sleep. Primary insomnia means a person has trouble sleeping while not related to another medical condition. Secondary insomnia means the trouble is from some other condition like depression, heartburn, cancer, asthma, arthritis, and so on.
